Mental Health Internship

About

Mental health is shaping how our generation learns, works, and lives—but very few of us are taught how to understand it, talk about it, or act on it responsibly. The Health Volunteers 21-Day Internship is a self-paced, virtual experience for young people who want more than a certificate. It’s for those who want clarity, confidence, and the ability to create real impact—starting with themselves and extending to their communities. Built on a powerful Learn. Act. Engage. framework, this internship blends self-discovery with real-world action. In just 2–4 hours per week, you’ll explore mental health as a public health issue and learn how everyday conversations, digital spaces, and small initiatives can drive meaningful change. What You’ll Actually Do: 1. Empower Yourself 2. Learn to utililze - Social Media for Good 3. Fundraising for Good *Why This Internship Matters* This is not about being perfect or having all the answers. It’s about showing up, learning deeply, and taking intentional action. When young people step up, society listens. And when small actions are done with purpose, they create lasting change. If you want to grow personally, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a movement that treats mental health with the seriousness it deserves—this internship is for you.
